Region 3 GOLD coordinator report

Dear Director Ratcliff,
 
We had our Region 3 quarterly meeting on Friday, July 24th, 2009. We had four
attendees.

Our special guest, Soon Wan who is past MGA Gold chair provided with great
information on GOLD in general, how one can get GOLD Affinity group started and
successful past events of GOLD along with other GOLD activities and initiatives
going on around the world.

All in all, even though there weren't many attendees, the meeting was very
successful since Soon had chance to answer all the questions one on one basis and
the parties attended mentioned they are very enthusiastic after hearing Soon's
presentation.

There will be follow up items that I will be working with some of the attendees. I
will report you again next month with the progress.
