Subject: IEEE R3 ExCom - SPC Report for 1/25/2010 Meeting


The R3 Operations Manual 2010 Revision is in process and hopefully will be 
ready for R3 ExCom review in about two weeks.  We will request the R3 ExCom 
to endorse this revision at their SoutheastCon 2010 meeting.

The R3 Bylaws amendment was approved by the R3 Committee on 12/29/2009 and 
is available for download on the R3 Web Site.

I want to express my appreciation to all Region 3 members who sent their 
best regards and prayers for my recovery during my recent health problems. 
Thanks folks and may we all have a Happy New Year.
