The ExCom meeting will be a combination teleconference / e-conference using IEEE Adobe Connect and HighDef Conferencing Service.
All members are expected to use both audio teleconference and Adobe Connect. Information will be presented by voice but speaking requests, votes, URLs and other information will be communicate by Adobe Connect. The telephone number and access code are being distributed by e-mail.
E-mail an electronic copy of your expense report to the Region 3 Director (with a CC: to the Region 3 Treasurer) and mail a signed printed copy of the expense report with your original receipts to the Treasurer.
