You must make your reservation by 10 September 2010 in order to secure the group nightly base rate of $79.00 for single or double occupancy. Please follow these 3 steps.

(1) Make a hotel reservation by

Calling 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) and requesting the group rate for the Reservation Group Code: IEEE. The cost for each night should be $79.00 plus 14% tax.

(2) Select the most cost effective method of travel to save the Region money.

If you live close to Atlanta, please drive your own car to the meeting and take a couple of other Region 3 Committee members with you.
If you live far from Atlanta, please book your flight quickly to get the best rate. You will not need a rental car in Atlanta since the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
If you live in between the above, please select the most cost effective method of travel. Consider a rental car that has unlimited mileage if it is less expensive that $0.50 a mile.
