Feedback from Sections Congress

Below is a bullet list of things the Richmond section will be pursuing as a
result of my experience at Sections Congress.

Determine what is the strategic plan for the budget.
Generate a welcome letter.
Target local companies for membership.
Send section newsletter to HR and engineering managers.
Stagger announcements to determine what tool people are using.
Get speakers in town (Richmond and DC) to talk to section.
Get other section speakers to travel to Richmond or DC for talks.
Think about socials if not a technical meeting for outside of Richmond.
Look into having events available to all sections.
