What do you expect from your student?
I expect the student to be eager to learn and to concurrently put in an effort to achieve that goal. Motivation from the teacher will be ineffective if the student is not willing to be taught. With hard work, the weaker students can rise above the more gifted ones. They must realise that!

How do you think a friend and professor who know you well would describe you? List adjectives they would use to describe you.
What I predict most will say: Cheerful; Mischievous; Pedantic
What some friends actually said: Loving; interesting; shy; Funny; Smart

Give me the names of three people you admire and tell me what you admire about them.
(This is excluding the people one admires without reason; parents, historical and religious figures, etc.)
Michael Jackson: His pure heart and gifted talents bonded the hearts of millions in peace and love. He had a message that he was not afraid to spread. To make this World a better place and to save this planet!
Karl Fredrick Gauss: A significant amount of Mathematics today traces back to him. It is said that had he published all his work, Mathematics today would be 50 years more advanced.
Rafael Nadal: A determined (tennis) athlete who has an enormous amount of self-esteem and mental strength.

Give me the name of a book you have read that had a powerful influence on you.
In academia: ‘Fundamentals of Physics’ by Halliday, Resnick, and Walker.
Fiction: ‘The Doomsday Conspiracy’ by Sidney Sheldon.

What is your favourite movie and why?
I don’t have a favourite movie in particular and I like all excluding horror. Mostly I prefer thrillers. Movies I normally recommend include Troy, The Sixth Sense, V for Vendetta, Casino Royale, The Village, Ace Ventura, etc.
