Dear Dr. Huddle,

I have tendered my resignation from Penn State, effective the end of this
(Spring 2005) semester.  I plan to return to the industry.  As a result, my
"free" time will be very proscribed.

Because of this, I now submit my resignation from the Formal Methods
Technical Panel.  I leave the panel in the very capable hands of my
Vice-Chair, Dr. Jim Peters.
