7th VLSI Packaging Workshop Awards Volunteers

The 7th VLSI Packaging Workshop of Japan was successfully held in Kyoto, Japan, from November 30 through December 2, 2004. At an award ceremony, Conference Committee Chair Rolf Aschenbrenner recognized with award plaques George Harman for establishing the workshop, and Kanji Otsuka for establishing a permanent home for the workshop in Japan.
