- All attendees are expected to participate in

Registration:
Attendees
are requested to complete a registration
form
(.doc) and forward it to hiroshi.go.wt@hitachi.com,
or facsimile the form (.pdf) to

Registration
Fee
:
The
pre-Registration
fee (valid until January 13th, 2006): 42,000
Yen by card, (Visa and MasterCard are acceptable).
After
January
14th, 2006 or on-site registration: 45,000
Yen in cash at the on-site desk only.
The
registration
fee includes two lunches, two dinners,
and a technical tour but it
does not include payment for the
short sightseeing trip around Moto-Hakone that is planned as an
optional
tour on
January 31st, the second day of the workshop. In addition,
the registration fee does not include
payment
for hotel accommodations.
After
receipt of your registration form, a confirmation
will be sent to you.
Hotel
Accommodations:
Attendees
are requested to fill out the Hotel
Accommodation
Form (.pdf) or its editable version
(.xls) and fax it to +81-42-767-1012, Kazuhiro Otka, Chief of the
Reservation
Center of Hotel de YAMA, Hakone. The Hotel de YAMA is providing a
special
rate for
all
SPJW
participants:
12,000
Yen for
a single with breakfast
10,000
Yen
each for a twin with breakfast
Room
rates do not include a 5% tax and a 150 Yen fee
for hot spring baths. The capacity of the Hotel de YAMA is around 80 to
90
people
for single use. After the Hotel de YAMA is fully occupied, the Hotel
will refer
attendees to nearby hotels at their normal rates.

Recommendation
for Hotel Reservation after the Workshop:
The
workshop will finish with a technical tour by bus on
the evening on February 1st that ends in Tokyo. Drop off
points will be at Kokubunji Station, Shinjuku Station and the Century
Hyatt Tokyo Hotel with all of your luggage
at the end of the technical tour.
You
have two choices for the stay on February 1st
and later: either choose your own hotel and go there on your own or
stay at the Century Hyatt
Tokyo.
You can reserve a room for the Century Hyatt Tokyo with a workshop
discount
rate
by filling out another hotel form
(.pdf) or its editable version
(.xls). In addition, reservations at the Century Hyatt Tokyo can be
made
by contacting reception at the Hotel de
YAMA
during the workshop.
