Six hotels in the neighborhood of the Knoxville Convention Center have special rates for attendees. The Headquarters hotel is the Hilton. The conference room rate for the Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Four Points, Marriott, and Holiday Inn is $120 per night. The Hampton Inn & Suites rate including breakfast is $129. The Hampton Inn and Marriott include parking. For all other hotels, parking is $5 to $10 per day in any of several close parking garages and open lots. The Crowne Plaza includes free shuttle from the hotel to and from the convention center before (6:30 to 8:30) and after (5:00 to 7:00) the conference. The free City of Knoxville trolley service serves all hotels and the entertainment and dining district during the day.

All hotels provide free wireless internet to attendees in the room.

The Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Sheraton Four Points are completely non-smoking. The Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Crowne Plaza offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

The special rate is available at the: Hilton, Hampton, and Holiday Inn for check-in beginning 28 October and check-out no later than 7 November; at the Marriott for the check-in beginning 30 October and check-out no later than 7 November; at the Crown Plaza and Four Points for the check-in beginning 31 October and check-out no later than 7 November. All hotels will honor the special rate for three days before and three days after the stated dates. The Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Hampton will accept reservations for check-in beginning 26 October and check-out up to 10 November on the website. For reservations before or after the conference dates above at the Crowne Plaza, Marriott, or Four Points, you must call the hotel directly.

Please read the hotel cancellation policy for the hotel you select which governs the reservation. There is no prepayment required for the reservation, but a credit card is needed to hold the room. There are a limited number of US Government rate rooms available at some hotels. The Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn & Suites do not have any government rate rooms.

There are a number of dining and entertainment places near the Knoxville Convention Center and three other districts in Knoxville within walking distance: Market Square, the Old City and the Volunteer Landing Riverfront Area. $30.00 per person for advance reservations made prior to October 18, 2010.
