Conference Registration

Online registration for the 2011 IEEE NSS MIC RTSD Conference is now open. (requires a different username and password.)

Pre-registration is advisable to save time and money, and to ensure your registration package will be available for collection when you arrive. The preferred registration method is through the conference web site, as it places your details directly into our database, and where you can pay by Visa, MasterCard through our secure web server. Checks or money orders must be drawn on or paid through a bank and be in Euros. Wire transfers will be accepted, and will be charged a €50 service fee. Please add the incidental charges for bank transfers. NOTE: Registration and payment must be received by October 5, 2011 to qualify for reduced registration, lunch, tours, dinner and short course fees.

Registration Fees

1. IEEE member number required at registration.
2. Proof of student status required at registration.
3. Valid for one day only. Must specify day. Multiple day tickets are not allowed. For 2 or more days, the full registration will be charged..

Companion Program

General Terms & Conditions:

• All tours are limited to a minimum number of  participants on a first come, first served basis.
• Individual tours are subject to cancellation & refund of tour fees if an insufficient pre-registration is achieved prior to October 5th, 2011.
• After receiving automatically a written confirmation from VALENCIATUREVENTS, the booking will be binding (for payment details see registration)
• Onsite payments will be permitted upon request (with the increased on-site price). This however will not guarantee a place on the tour. Onsite registrations & payments will depend on wether or not the sufficient number of tour participants has been reached at that time
• All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or FAX) to VALENCIATUREVENTS. Cancellations will be possible until October 5th, 2011. All refunds will be made within 6 weeks after the conference.  From this date onwards cancellations received (after October 5th 2011), are non refundable. However, substitutes will be accepted at any time with a written authorization letter from the original participant informing of the change of name.
• Tour programs and hours may be modified due to last minute logistics issues. 

Please note:

• The fees in the table above are set for early registration. There may be limited late or on-site registration for an additional fee.
• Lunch is only included in the FULL DAY tours as noted in the tour descriptions.
• Please notify us of participants with special needs or dietary requirements.
• Each tour will have an experienced tour guide.
   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations (partial or full) must be received in writing by October 15, 2011 for consideration. Approved refunds (less a 50€ administrative fee) will be issued after November 30, 2011. No refunds will be issued for requests after October 15, 2011.
