Mr Hartono Zainal Abidin gave a talk on “Lightning-Current Research and Importance in Public Safety” . 50+ participants attended. A short tour of the TNB Research Laboratory for monitoring lightning activities for the whole of Malaysia was organised after the talk. The Chapter Chair also took the opportunity to invite the participants to join IEEE and PES.
