Rich Brinton

Novinium

 

Rich Brinton has been involved in Cable Rejuvenation since 1991, when he negotiated the first license for the technology from Dow Corning. He has over 30 years experience in business development in North America, Europe, the Americas and Asia. His career has focused on the worldwide introduction of new technologies (including two years as an expatriate) and he has gained wide experience in industrial processes, machine tools, robotics and construction.

 

Other experience includes:

  • Senior Member Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
  • Professional Engineer State of Ohio
  • Chairman of Japanese Joint Venture, which he negotiated
  • Vice President, managing a European division
  • President of profitable Export Management Company, which he founded - established overseas distribution channels for dozens of North American companies ranging from construction equipment to software
  • Broad business background serving in positions of Applications Engineering, Regional Service Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and General Management
  • Past Board member of the World Trade Club of Seattle
  • B.S. Industrial Engineering & B.A. Liberal Arts, Pennsylvania State University and graduate work toward an MBA at the University of Dayton

 

Brian Sparling

GE Energy Services

 

Brian D. Sparling, SMIEEE is the Principal Applications Specialist, Transformer Monitoring & Diagnostics for GE Energy. Based in Montreal, and Lisburn Northern Ireland, GE Energy specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced systems and technologies applicable to on-line the monitoring and diagnostics of oil-filled power transformers.

 

Brian has over twenty years of experience in the field of power and distribution transformers. For the last 18 years he has been involved in all aspects of monitoring and diagnostics of power transformers. 

 

He has authored and co-authored more than 16 technical papers on various topics dealing with the monitoring and diagnostics of transformers.

 

He has worked on many standards committees within the CSA and the Canadian Electricity Association, serving as the past Chairman of the Distribution Transformer Committee. Brian is also a member of the CIGRÉ A2 Transformer committee and, the IEEE Transformer Committee. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.

 

 

Mike Royse

Royse Wagner

Mr. Royse is President of One Main Development, LLC. In his role, Mr. Royse works closely with city leaders and partners to ensure the success of each project and the continued growth of One Main Development. He leads the team of professionals at One Main Development, providing strategic direction and support to all areas of the company.

For One Main Development’s many partners in community transformation, Mr. Royse provides leadership with the goal of inspiring out-of-the-box thinking and tearing down perceptive barriers to execution. Creative approaches to design, planning, financing, sustainable performance, and new ways of having fun are a few focus examples.

Mr. Royse's experience is as a business generalist and has served professionally as a business strategist, both organizationally and financially. He has been extensively involved with a sixty million-dollar residential property portfolio owned by his family.

As CEO of Royse Wagner (a small national branding firm), Mr. Royse consulted on teams leading high growth activities within a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, building trades, furniture, grocery, retail, restaurants & fast food, software, engineering and telecommunications & wireless. His crowning achievement was development of the environmental communications platform for the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, 2002.

 

Russ Robertson

Ameren Missouri

 

Russell Robertson P.E. received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from

Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  In 1997, he began his career as a Distribution Engineer with Com-Ed, in the Rockford, IL area.  In 2001, Russ joined Ameren Missouri as a Customer Service Engineer.  In 2008, Russ joined the Operating Department of Ameren Missouri and has focused his energies toward the automation of Ameren’s distribution system, helping to implement the installation, programming and maintenance of over 200 automated switches.  Russ has been married for 17 years to his wife Liz and they have two sons, Jacob who is 11 years old and John who is 9 years old.  In his spare time Russ enjoys riding dual sport motorcycles and recently returned from a two week riding tour of Baja, Mexico.
