NEW in 2005!
For the
first time we invite owners of advanced vehicles, such as hybrids and biodiesel
vehicles, to participate in the 2005 Monte Carlo-style Rally at the Tour de Sol.
The Rally will offer a fun and challenging event that will also elevate the
awareness of advanced vehicle technology, educate the public about currently
available advanced vehicles, and demonstrate the performance and efficiency of
hybrid electric and alternate fueled vehicles. The Rally destination is the Tour
de Sol at
Self paced Monte Carlo-style Rally -
Entrants will travel to
Starting sites to date Boston, MA;
Trenton, NJ; Buffalo, NY; Cleveland, Ohio; Salt Lake City, Utah; Portland, OR;
Wash, DC; Toronto, CAN; Uncasville, CT. Additional sites will be
posted as they become available.
