Access to Exhibition
All exhibitors and sponsors will have access to the exhibition floor in the Golden Gate Room, at the lobby level.
Sponsors
Sponsors receive complimentary registrations to the full conference, one for Silver, two for Gold, and four for Platinum. To register for the 2011 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems, please send

. In case you do not have a PaperPlaza PIN yet, please register a new PIN here. Please pick up your conference package (incl. your individual badge) at the conference registration desk. Each complimentary registration includes a ticket for the Evening at the Museum and for the Dinner Cruise on the San Francisco Bay. In order to get additional tickets for these two events, please buy them at the conference registration desk or through the PaperPlaza registration system using the PIN of one of the complimentary registrations after you have received the confirmation e-mail of the complimentary registration.

Exhibitor Booth and Kit
The standard exhibitor booth comes with the following equipment. For information about shipping and storage, as well as additional services from GES, the exhibition services provider, please see the Exhibitor Kit. IT services are provided separately, see below.
- Standard booth size: 8' X 10'. Gold and Platinum booths are as requested.
- Backwall Drape: 8' high, green

IT Services
IT services are provided by hotel operations and IROS. There will be wireless available for no charge, and we will work to make sure that there are enough slots for users, and that the bandwidth is reasonable. Those exhibitors desiring higher performance or absolute reliability can order internet and phone service through the hotel. Please fill out this form and fax it to:

If there is extensive equipment, for example in setting up a full booth, you may need to have Teamster support. In any event, please let Cathe know when you expect to arrive with your truck. Below is a diagram of the Hilton streets, with the delivery entrance marked.
FAQ
Who is the service provider?
GES is the service provider for most exhibition requests, such as signage, carpet, power, etc. For IT services (wired ethernet), the Hilton Hotel is the provider. Please see the website page https://www.iros2011.0rg/on-site-information for links to these providers, and for detailed information in the Exhibitor Kit.
What is the size of booths?
The basic size is 8' x 10'. Custom booth sizes are available to Gold and Platinum sponsors.
What does the basic booth include?

Can I get hold of email addresses for conference attendees?
Unfortunately, no. IEEE policy does not allow the distribution of email addresses for advertising or marketing.
Are there any media contacts for the conference?
Yes, the conference organizers will provide a list of media contacts before the conference. These will be distributed to exhibitors about a week before the conference starts.
Can I have a different size or shape of table?
Yes, but for this you must go through GES, and it is an additional charge.
Will there be evening and night access to the exhibits and demos?
Yes. There will be security guards after-hours to make sure the equipment in the exhibit room is safe. You will be able to have access using your badge during these hours.
Are there presentation screens for the demo booths?
Yes! Resolution is about 1600x1200, with a 42" screen. The interface is VGA; please make sure your presentation laptop can handle this.
