Proposals for Industry-Oriented Sessions
Papers
having a clear industrial connotation are sought. Proposals are welcome from industry as well as from people in
academic and research institutions.
Prospective
organizers of Industry-Oriented Sessions should submit proposals (by E-mail, preferably a Word
for PC document) to
to the Industry-Oriented Chair Gianantonio Magnani at
by 1 NOVEMBER 2000.
A session proposal has to include the session name,
complete name and coordinates (mailing address, phone, fax, E-mail)
of the organizer and of the corresponding author,
abstracts of the papers with complete names of all authors,
and an introduction (brief) indicating the focus and importance
of the session and how the proposed papers form a cohesive group
that satisfies the session goal and focus. At least one author should be
willing to attend the conference and present their paper. Typically,
a session will consist of five papers.
