  • Plenary speakers on Monday February 5 morning have a time slot of 25 minutes plus 5 minutes of question time.
  • Invited speakers on Sunday February 4 have a time slot of 25 minutes plus 5 minutes of question time.
  • Invited speakers on Monday February 5 evening have a time slot of 17 minutes plus 3 minutes of question time.
  • Invited speakers of the day sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday have time slots of 20 minutes plus 4 minutes of question time.
  • Oral speakers have time slots of 10 minutes plus 2 minutes of question time.
All speakers are required to show up with the session chair at least 10 minutes before the session begins, in order to upload their presentations or test the connection of their laptop or tablet with the overhead projector.

Poster presentations

Posters must be in A0 paper size, vertical (portrait) orientation. There is no printing facility on site. Poster presenters are requested to come with their poster already printed, including title, authors and any other relevant information. Identification codes will be assigned to posters (see the conference programme in the next days) and placed to the poster panels in order to let presenters find their panel.

Please note that the panels do not allow hanging patchwork posters, i.e. the poster must be a single A0 sheet of paper and not a collection of smaller sheets.

The necessary items to attach the poster to the panels will be provided on site.
