Description
The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (MTC) is organized to invite international delegates of scientists and researchers from information; electronic and electrical engineering field of science in an effort to promote and encourage cross-fertilization of ideas and tools related but not limited to Communication and Networks, Computer and Software Techniques, Guidance, Navigation, Control, Radar Systems, Circuits and Systems, Signal Theory and Signal Processing, Remote Sensing and Avionics, Power and Energy Circuits and Systems, Biomedical Engineering, and the other related topics.
Workshops, Seminars & Invited Lectures
Conference program will include workshops, seminars and invited lectures covering the state-of-the-art achievements in the defense and electrical engineering fields. Participating organizations will be allocated one-hour seminar including audience discussions.
Those interested in this activity are invited to submit abstracts of their presentations. The abstract should include the title, full name, affiliation, address, telephone/fax number and email of each participant.
Exhibition
ICEENG(MTC) organizations are invited to display their state-of-the-art products and technologies during the conference period. Secured indoor and outdoor areas are located in the conference zone in the Military Technical College.
As the exhibition area is limited, participation in the exhibition will be based on a first come first served basis. Interested organizations are requested to fill-in and mail the included registration form of ICEENG(MTC) conference.
Posters, Student Activity
Engineering students are invited to demonstrate their engineering skill, talent and capability of defending their innovative ideas through posters and seminars. The participating students could attend all the conference activities, free of charge.

Author guidelines
Those interested in presenting scientific papers are invited to submit their abstracts including the paper title, full name, affiliation, address, telephone/fax number and email of the corresponding author. The authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstracts and guidelines for preparing manuscripts. Complete papers should be submitted for review by the conference scientific committee. Papers that may require revisions should be resubmitted in the final form.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other indexing databases.
Author guidelines for conference proceedings
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word, according to the guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread. Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the conference regulations.
