​Dear CASE 2014 Participants,

For reading the files in the USB proceedings,
​if your default browser is Internet Browser (IE),
then you can properly open the paper links in the PDF files.
If your default browser is not IE,
please follow the following steps to re-set your default browser:

1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools (gear icon) > Internet Options.

2. Click the Programs tab.

3. Click Make Internet Explorer the default browser.
