Conference Registration for Students (not Premium) includes all the above items, except the Banquet.
The cost of an extra ticket for the Banquet is 100 USD. The cost of an extra copy of the DVD Conference/Video Proceedings is 40 USD.
Tutorials and Workshops will take place on 10 and 14 April at the School of Engineering and will run from 8:30 to 18:00. The list and timings can be found here.
Registration to a Tutorial or Workshop includes: CD with the material prepared for distribution by the organizers of the tutorial or workshop, and one or two Coffee Breaks for, respectively, half- or full-day events (at the School of Engineering).
To qualify for the ICRA'07 registration fees reserved to IEEE members, the IEEE membership or student membership number is required during registration.
For students that are not members of IEEE, a valid proof of their current student status must be provided to the ICRA'07 Registration Chair upon request (please, bring this documentation in any case with you at the conference).
Refund policy
Those who register in advance and later cannot attend ICRA'07 may request a refund of the advance registration fee(s). A 50 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid registration fee.
All refund requests must be in writing and should be received by the Registration Chair, Marilena Vendittelli, before 10 March 2007. There will be no refunds for requests received after this date (thus, also no refund for late registrations).
If an author has uploaded a paper using his/her registration, the registration will not be refunded, even if the paper is withdrawn.
In case of cancellation of a Tutorial or a Workshop (e.g., due to a too small number of advance registered participants), full refund of the fee for that event will be issued.
