PaperPlaza procedure
The procedure for submission of final material to ICRA'07 is also available in PaperPlaza.
IMPORTANT:
- Only "corresponding authors" can upload final submissions, make changes to paper information or designate someone else as the corresponding author. If you need to change the corresponding author because the current corresponding author is unavailable, please contact the ICRA'07 Program Chair, Bruno Siciliano.
- Complete the full information for all your final contributions before you register.
Following the sequence below will be the most efficient way to upload your papers and attachments.
Step 1: LOGIN
Go to https://ras.papercept.net => Start => Login as "Author". Scroll down to contribution listing. With each contribution, the page will show which additional components have been submitted.
Step 2: UPDATE FINAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Refresh your workspace by clicking on "Refresh" link in PaperPlaza menu. Select the radio button next to each contribution, scroll up and follow the "Final submission" link. The next page will show items that need attention for this contribution. Click on "Update the final version information" link and update Title/Authors/Affiliations/Abstract as needed. Enter the correct number of pages in your final manuscript. If an incorrect number is entered, you will not be able to upload the manuscript in a later step. REPEAT the process for each contribution for which you are the corresponding author.
Step 3: COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
To process the copyright transfer for each contribution, select the radio button next to it. Scroll up and follow the "Copyright Transfer" link. You will be taken to the IEEE eCP site in a new window. Follow the steps as described on IEEE eCP pages till the very end. If you quit midway, eCP will be incomplete and you will not be able to upload your contribution. After completion, close the window. REPEAT the process for each paper for which you are the corresponding author. Please make sure that paper title and author list is accurate before copyright transfer is performed.
Step 4: PAY REGISTRATION AND OVERLENGTH CHARGES
Open a new window and go to https://ras.papercept.net/registration/ and select ICRA07 from the drop down menu. Enter PIN and Password. Scroll down and follow "Register now" link and subsequent pages till the very end. When presented with contributions on which you are authors, PLEASE SELECT ONLY TWO TOWARDS WHICH YOUR REGISTRATION APPLIES and UNCHECK THE REST. Overlength charges (if any) will be automatically calculated. Complete your registration payment. Close the registration window. If you have more than two contributions, ask your co-authors to register and associate two contributions per registration in the same manner as above.
Added note. In case you have to update your registration (typically, to add the missing payment of the extra page fee because the system has not accepted the upload of your paper exceeding the length of 6 pages), just execute Step 4 and follow the "Register now" link. Indeed "Register now" means, in this case, "Update your registration".
Step 5: UPLOAD FILES
You may now upload your files and attachments for contributions for which Registration fees have been paid. From author workspace, select the radio button next to the contribution that you want to upload. Click on "Final submission" => Review the missing components => Scroll to the bottom and click on "Upload or Reupload" link. All the files that need to be uploaded may be submitted from this page. If you need to follow separate FTP for your attachments, you may follow the same steps as for initial submission. You may request that the video uploaded at initial submission be transferred to final submission.
