Liability

Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the Angelicum University of Rome and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.

The Exhibitor understands that neither the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society nor the Angelicum University of Rome maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Exhibition Schedule

Exhibition days: Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 April 2007
Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 - 18:00
Friday 9:00 - 14:00

Setting Up

Goods delivered to the exhibitors will be admitted only on Tuesday, April 10 between 14:00-18:30

Dismantling

Saturday April 14 between 09:00 14:00.The emptying of the booth must be completed within the specified times.
