Depending on the category of accepted contributions, here are the related checklists of items to be uploaded to PaperPlaza in the final submission procedure.

Checklist for a Paper contribution

1. Final paper as PDF file (max 2 MB, in conference double-column format, without headers/footers/page numbers, already checked for IEEE Xplore PDF compliance)
2. One PowerPoint slide for the ICRA'07 Digest, using the template (as .ppt)

Checklist for a Paper contribution with video

1. Final paper as PDF file (max 2 MB, in conference double-column format, without headers/footers/page numbers, already checked for IEEE Xplore PDF compliance)
2. Video attachment media file (max 5 MB, you can specify that initial submission may be reused)
3. Video attachment Summary.txt file (max 1 KB)
4. Video attachment ReadMe.txt file (max 10 KB)
5. One PowerPoint slide for the ICRA'07 Digest, using the template (as .ppt)

1. Two-page text as PDF file accompanying the video contribution (max 2 MB, in conference double-column format, without headers/footers/page numbers, already checked for IEEE Xplore PDF compliance)
2. Video contribution media file (max 50 MB, you can specify that initial submission may be reused)
3. Video contribution Summary.txt file (max 1 KB)
4. Video contribution ReadMe.txt file (max 10 KB)
5. One PowerPoint slide for the ICRA'07 Digest, using the template (as .ppt)
