Hotel accommodation
A number of rooms in hotels of different categories have been reserved in advance for ICRA'07. See the List of Hotels. Some useful information on other possible accommodation is given here.
How to Make a Hotel Reservation
Please fill the Hotel Reservation Form and return it signed to the Conference Secretariat (FASI) by email (icra07@fasiweb.com) or by fax (+39.06.97605650). This Form is available as doc, simple pdf, or PDFform file.
Deadline for Hotel Reservation
The deadline for hotel reservation through the Conference Secretariat is January 15, 2007. Reservations received after this date cannot be guaranteed and will be processed on the basis of room availability.
Note of January 16. As of today, the four 3-stars hotels in the list are sold out. If you wish to be helped with the reservation of rooms in similar hotels in the area of the Termini Railway Station, please send in the Hotel Reservation Form to the Conference Secretariat (FASI) and indicate the 3-star category even without specifying a preferred hotel choice.
Payment of Hotel Reservation
Every reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit paid by credit card or wire bank transfer. An additional reservation fee of 20,00 Euro is requested. Upon receipt of the complete Hotel Reservation Form (including the payment information and a copy of the bank transfer, if this method of payment is used), the Conference Secretariat will send a confirmation voucher with name and address of the hotel booked, payment conditions, cancellation and refund policies. Incomplete forms not accompanied by credit card information or by copy of the bank transfer will not be taken into consideration.
