Corporate Patronage Levels/Terms

The 2007 IEEE International Conference on Robotics & Automation (ICRA ’07) would like to offer tiered patronage opportunities and exhibit space for interested corporations. Any company patroning at the patronage levels noted in the chart below will be denoted as a bronze, silver or gold patron respectively. These patrons will receive the items listed below as a part of their patronage package. If you are interested in being a patron or exhibitor at ICRA ‘07, please contact the Exhibits Chair, Eugenio Guglielmelli.

Gold Patronage

Patronage cost: EURO 6,000 (includes items listed below)

• Logo inside of Program Guide stating company as a gold patron
• Name prominently displayed onsite
• Company banner/link on all conference pages "top-right" (320x100 pixels, non-animated)*
• Company banner/link on all conference pages "right margin" (160x50 pixels, non-animated)
• Company banner/link on Patrons/Exhibitor pages (160x50 pixels, non-animated), 200 word description (to be provided by the company)
• One page black/white advertisement in Program Guide
• One page company description in Program Guide
• One page color advertisement in Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM)
• One page company description in Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM)
• One double exhibit booth (6m x 2m)
• Two complimentary conference registration
• Free brochure insert in conference registration pack

* If there are multiple Gold Patrons, the banner will be randomly rotated among patrons

Silver Patronage

Patronage cost: EURO 5,000 (includes items listed below)

• Logo inside of Program Guide stating company as a silver patron
• Name prominently displayed onsite
• Company banner/link on all conference pages "right margin" (160x50 pixels, non-animated)
• Company banner/link on Patrons/Exhibitor pages (160x50 pixels, non-animated), 200 word description

Bronze Patronage

Patronage cost: EURO 4,000 (includes items listed below)

Events/Items Patronage

Receptions: EURO 5,000 (three opportunities: Welcome, Banquet or Farewell on April 10, 12 & 13, respectively)

Internet Cafe: EURO 4,000 (one opportunity, the Internet Cafe will be open all along the Conference days on April 11, 12 & 13)
