Banquet Site

The Banquet will take place on 3 Nov., 2011 at the GARDEN ORIENTAL KYOTO (https://www.thegardenorientalkyoto.com/), offering a wonderful view of KYOTO city.
One banquet ticket is included in each registration fee (except for Student Rate).
Free shuttle bus will be available from Shirankaikan to the banquet place. The departure time will be announced on 3 November, 2011.
Before the banquet, we will see Kodaiji Temple nearby the banquet site.

Kodaiji Temple

Kodai-ji Temple (https://www.kodaiji.com/e_index.html) is especially famous for some of the historical personages and artifacts associated with it; but it is a beautiful temple and deserves to be visited in its own right. Its walking garden is an exceptional piece of landscape architecture, featuring large stones and trees placed on a hilly landscape among elegant temple buildings, tea houses, and a bamboo grove. From the top of the hill, you are afforded great views of not only the temple grounds, but of much of Kyoto. Special night entrance ( illumination) is opened from late October to early December.

Banquet Fee

In case of Full Registration

Full Registration includes one banquet ticket.

In case of Student Registration

Student Registration does not include banquet ticket.
The banquet ticket is available JPY 4,000 for Registered Student.
Don't forget to check it in registration procedure if you would like to join the banquet.
