INSTRUCTIONS TO SPECIAL SESSION ORGANISERS

1. Special Session organizers should collect the 4/5 papers for the Session, and ask for authors to individually submit their papers through the ICAR 2003 submission system. The papers will be reviewed by the normal review process.

2. The Special Session organizer should send the proposal and possible inquires by email to one of the Special Session Co-Chairs: Paul Schenker (schenker@helios.jpl.nasa.gov) and Eugenio Guglielmelli (eugenio@mail-arts.sssup.it).

3. Special Session proposals must include the following information: Session title, a brief description (2/3 lines) of the theme of the session, papers titles, papers authors, names and email addresses of the corresponding authors.


INSTRUCTIONS TO INDUSTRY-ORIENTED SESSION ORGANISERS

1. Industry-focused Session organizers should collect the 4/5 papers for the Session, and ask for authors to individually submit their papers. The papers will be reviewed by the normal review process.

2. The organizer should send the proposal and possible inquires by email to the Industry-focused Session Chair Erwin Prassler (prassler@faw.uni-ulm.de).

3. Proposals must include the following information: Title, a brief description (2/3 lines) of the theme of the session, paper titles, names and email addresses of the corresponding authors.
