Only the final version of your accepted paper will be included in the conference proceedings. Your paper is assigned to either an oral lecture session or poster session. There are only limited slots in oral sessions and some papers are assigned to interactive poster sessions. Research Poster Paper (1 to 2 pages) Authors may also have an option to submit research poster papers on preliminary work. Research poster paper (1 to 2 pages long) is to present the last minute result of your research so that attendance can share and discuss the ideas and results via poster session. The deadline for submission of Regular Papers & Invited/Organized Session Papers has been extended to June 30(FRI), 2017. Paper Type: The conference invites three types of submission: “Regular Paper”, “Research Poster Paper“, and “Invited(Organized) Session/Mini-symposium Paper”. 1) Regular Paper (3 to 6 pages) Full papers (3 to 6 pages long) must be submitted for review. A maximum of two additional pages is permitted at an extra charge (USD 100 per page). Accepted regular papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors can choose Whether the paper will be indexed in IEEE Xplore, SCOPUS and EI compendex or not. 2) Research Poster Paper (1 to 2 pages) Authors may also have an option to submit research poster papers on preliminary work. The deadline for submission of proposal for Invited (Organized) Session or Mini-symposium has been extended to June 30(FRI), 2017.

The goal of invited (organized) sessions and mini-symposiums is to provide focused discussions on a new topic or innovative applications of a new approach. Prospective organizers of invited (organized) sessions and mini-symposiums should submit their proposal via online. The submitted sessions by organizers appear in the "List of Organized Session" menu in the website. * In addition, organizers of mini-symposiums should submit the form for organization by e-mail (conference@icros.org). One session (one and a half hours) presenting in lecture (oral) session contains 5 or 6 papers. Mini-symposium is composed of 2 to 3 sessions, and the organizer can set up the presentation time. The organizers may be requested to review the papers and be a session chair. The individual papers should be submitted electronically with their own ID. In submitting the papers, the authors should choose the corresponding invited (organized) session or mini-symposium in the list. * Presentation Type: Lecture (oral)
