The presentation format is oral. Each paper will be assigned 15 minutes for oral presentation, followed by 5 minutes discussion.
Papers that are not presented at the conference will be removed from indexing in IEEE Xplore. Please contact us () for alternative presentation procedures if it is impossible for you to assist to the conference.
Submission of Final Paper
Manuscripts must be sent in PDF format through the Online Submission System. Please follow this link: https://ieee-ies.org/submit/icm09/
Please prepare your final paper according to the same format as for the initial submission. Address reviewers' comments appropriately as you prepare your final paper.
Your paper will be included if and only if the following reach us by February 3rd, 2009:
- IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file of final version of your paper.
- Web based IEEE Copyright Form.
- Registration and payment of conference fees.
In addition, you must present the paper.
Information for Authors
The working language of the conference is English. Paper length is imited to 6 double column pages in 10-point font.
