Scope

Mechatronics seeks the synergistic integration of mechanical engineering with electronic and intelligent computer control in the design and manufacture of industrial products and processes. The growing importance of this area of engineering is founded on innovative solutions from interdisciplinary expertise.Following the success of previous editions, the goal of the biennial IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics is to provide a forum for cross fertilization between different fields, to discuss the state-of-the-art of mechatronics, and to present recent research results and prospects for development in this multidisciplinary area.

Topics

Relevant topics for the conference include, but are not limited to, the following:

Modelling and Design
Manufacturing
Motion Control
System Integration
Vibration and Noise Control
Actuators and Sensors
Micro Devices and Opto-Electronics Systems
Intelligent Control
Automotive Systems
Robotics
Other Applications (Bioengineering, Aeronautics,...)
Mechatronics Education

Paper Submission

Papers reporting on research, integration, and actual developments on these and related topics are solicited for the conference.  The working language of the conference is English.Paper length is imited to 6 double column pages in 10-point font. Further guidelines for preparing proceedings-style manuscripts will be published in the Author Area of the Conference web site. Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the SUBMIT application (administered by IEEE IES).

Paper Acceptance

Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a registration fee payment proof. All conference attendees, including authors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee, and their travel expenses.
