*An author must pay a regular registration fee (i.e., IES Member, IEEE Member, or Non Member) before camera ready reception date (February 3rd). Each regular registration entitles an author to publish up to two (2) papers. A third paper requires 2 registration fees, four papers requires 2 registration fees, etc.  Reduced registration fees (i.e. life member or student) are not considered regular, and will NOT be accepted for publication.  

Regular Registration  (IES Member, IEEE Member, or Non Member) Includes: ICM 2009 proceedings, entrance to all technical sessions, and regular social functions. Regular registrants may publish up to two (2) papers.

Reduced Rate Registration (IEEE Life Member, or Student) Includes: ICM 2009 proceedings, entrance to all technical sessions, and regular social functions with the exception of the Conference Banquet.  Reduced rate registrants have no paper publication privileges.
