The ComSoc Delhi Chapter started in Delhi with Mr. Mohinder P. Singh, SMIEEE of C-DOT Delhi as its interim Chairman on August 07, 1997. Subsequently in the AGM of January 11, 1998 under the leadership of Mr. Singh an EXECOM of 3 Members assumed the office. With Mr. Singh volunteering to step down due to pressure of work, in mid-1999 Dr. Ram Gopal Gupta, SMIEEE of DOE assumed the office of Chair of IEEE ComSoc Delhi Chapter. Activities of the Chapter in 2021 may be found under the list of Technical, Professional, Non-Technical, and Administrative events of the Section. Present EXECOM of the Chapter for 2022, with its Chair elected in the AGM of March 31, 2019 and Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, & Members named on May 29, 2019 & subsequently, consists of the following:
