Wednesday, May 2, 2012 — WIE Speaker Series

Job Requirements and Desires of “Millennials
- presented by Gabrielle Trout, General Engineer for the FAA’s Facilities Engineering Branch

Gabrielle Trout was invited to join a handful of other young engineers for a roundtable discussion with the AIAA’s Technical Committee on Management about the job requirements and desires of “Millennials” (born between 1982 and 1994) with careers in highly technical fields.
Gabrielle will present some of the ideas that came out of these discussions, including the topics of job satisfaction, ideal work environment, and the expectations of management.

Gabrielle Trout is General Engineer for the FAA’s Facilities Engineering
Branch and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering.

11:30AM - 1:00PM (presentation starts at 11:45) at East Bay Crab and Grille, 6701 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.  http://www.eastbaycrab.com  

Lunch is $16/person and includes lunch from select menu, beverage, tax, and tip. Open to the public.
