Important Dates for Scholarship Nominations
All Scholarships are awarded once each year at the April Board meeting.
Deadlines for IEEE Canadian Foundation and Power Quality Scholarships are:
- March 15 - Faculty Nomination and Student Nominee Report to be received by the Foundation
- April 15 - Nominees notified by the Foundation

Important Dates for McNaughton Centre Grant Applications
Centre Grants are awarded once each year at the December Board meeting.
Deadlines are:
- March 15 - Final Report on previous grant to be received by the Foundation
- September TBA - IEEE Canada Student Branch Workshop (where information about grants is provided by the Foundation)
- November 15 - Applications must be received by the Foundation
- December 15 - Applicants are to be notified by the Foundation

Important Dates for Special Grant and Vehicular Technologies Grant Applications
These applications are considered three times each year.
Applications must be received by the Foundation by:
- March 15
- August 15
- November 15

Important Dates for Women In Engineering Prize
This prize is awarded once each year.
Nominations must be received by the Foundation by:
- March 15
