125th Anniversary Celebration of IEEE

IEEE 125th Anniversary Celebration was held at the Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia, West Bengal during November 13-14, 2009. This event was organized by the IEEE HIT Student branch, HIT, Haldia in collaboration with the IEEE Kharagpur section, IIT Kharagpur. The event saw a large turnout of student participants from Engineering colleges in eastern India as well as a galaxy of dignitaries from IEEE, industry and academia. This was one of the most significant student celebrations for the 125th Anniversary of IEEE in the Eastern India. There were several competitions held during the 125th anniversary celebrations.

The events were:

􀂙 Robotics Contest (RoboForge).
􀂙 Circuit Design Contest (CircuitriX).
􀂙 Online Gaming Contest in Counter Strike & NFS (ParaKram).
