A Morning with Executive Chef Jacky Francois of the OMNI William Penn Hotel - Thursday October 17th

A special treat is in store for those who attend a private cooking class with the OMNI William. Pennís own Executive Chef Jacky Francois.  He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Gerardner, France.  He has served as a chef in a number of internationally renowned restaurants such as the LíHermitage French Restaurant in New York City, Hotel Meridien, Paris, France and earned the prestigious Westin Hotels & Resorts Chef Keller Award in 1989 and 1990.  He specializes in North American Regional, Asian and European cuisines.  This is an opportunity to ask questions, learn new cooking methods, and to taste wonderful morsels.  A must do!
