Local Arrangements

block of rooms for HRI2006 has filled. There are
still rooms available at the regular hotel rate.
Previous Announcements
- Hotel - If
you
register online, use the group code
"ACMACMA". If you
register via the phone, please mention that you are attending the HRI
conference to get the discounted rate of $129.00. You
must make reservations by Feb 1, 2006 to receive this rate.
- Note that some participants occassionally find rates on a
limited number of rooms at a slightly lower rate than the conference
rate. Click here to find
an explanation of why this might happen.
- If you happen to find a lower rate, please identify
yourself as a participant in HRI to the
hotel.
- For contractual reasons, we need an accurate count of the
numer of HRI participants staying ath the conference hotel.
- The hotel is contractually obligated to count all
attendee rooms regardless of the rate you receive.
The conference will be held in the Salt
Lake City Marriott -- City Center Hotel. Hotel registration
will be made directly with the hotel at a discounted price arranged via
ACM. The hotel is in the heart of Salt Lake City within
walking distance of shopping, dining, athletic events, cultural events,
and major tourism locations. Reservations must be made by
February 1st, 2006 to ensure the ACM rate.
