Registration opens on January 1, 2008. Early registration ends January 31, 2008, so register now!

Please note that prior to the conference you must register online. Registration fees may be paid only by credit card (Visa and Master Card). Onsite registration will also be available.

Please note that a $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations made before February 29; the remainder of the registration fee will be refunded. Beginning March 1, no refunds will be given.
