The 8th IEEE International Nanotechnology Conference is the premier IEEE conference presenting the latest research and application in the field of nanotechnology.  The IEEE Nano 2008 conference to be held in Arlington, TX August 18 – 21, 2008 will include exhibits and demonstrations that present the latest innovations, achievement, products, experiences, and practices.


The IEEE Nano 2008 conference will provide the exhibit hall for publishers, commercial exhibits, and academic research demonstrations. With over 500 university, scientific, and engineering professionals, the draw will be large with the right people. The technical program includes notable plenary speakers of the field, case study reports, invited industrial, university, and government agency talks, and research and commercial application demonstrations.  You will be missed if not there!

 

Exhibit Display Hours: Tuesday, August 19         --   10:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
                                    Wednesday, August 20   --   10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
                                    Thursday, August 21       --    10:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
                                               
Exhibit Installation: Monday, August 18 - Open 8:00 – Close 6:00 p.m.
                                                 
Exhibit Dismantling: Thursday, August 21 – ONLY AFTER 1:00 p.m.

Basic Exhibit Booth Fee:            $1,000 per 6’x 30” table
                                                   Fee includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs.
                                                   500 watt power supply

Registration and payment options are provided via the Exhibitor Registration Form

The on-site booth set-up begins on Monday August 18 at 8:00 a.m.

Exhibits will remain on display until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21.

All Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

 

EXHIBIT BOOTH Details:
The booth area is 10 x 10 ft. The Exhibit booth registration fee includes one a 6 ft long table with a cloth cover and two chairs, one 10 ft long electrical cable, and one 500 watt power strip for electrical connections.

If more power or other communication options are needed, Contact Dan Cowan for additional Exhibitor Service Forms  which include a complete options list and price of additional items. Additional items will be added to the basic Booth fee listed above. Each exhibitor is responsible for contacting the Exhibits Chair to arrange for additional items as needed.

 


Exhibit area is limited to a maximum of 40 exhibitors.

The Exhibit booths will be reserved only after the receipt of completed forms and fees have been verified by the Conference Treasurer.

If paying by Company check or Money order, please make it payable to: IEEE-Nano'2008 and include a completed Exhibitor Registration Form.

If additional equipment is needed beyond the minimum listed above, Exhibitor MUST also complete the “Exhibitor Service Form” and submit with payment to the Treasurer.
