Membership in the Committee and the Working Group that ETCC sponsors is based on membership in the IEEE and in particular in the Power and Energy Society. Members are expected to participate and contribute to the Committee and its Working Group with their expertise, interest, and willingness to devote time and efforts in its proceedings. In cases where contribution by non-members is deemed beneficial to the ETCC activities, they would be approached by ETCC officers.
