Accommodations

The IEEE Energy 2030 Conference will take place at the Marriott Marquis, in downtown Atlanta.

The Marriott Marquis and IEEE has come to an agreed rate in order to house all conference attendees. There has been a room block set up for all conference attendees. Internet access is not available in the conference session rooms.  Internet access is available on the same level as the conference, in the Atrium near the restaurant.  Look for SSID IBAHN.  

Hotel guests registered at the hotel under the IEEE Energy 2030 rate will have free access.  Other users will be required to pay $12.99 per 24 hour period.
All reservations will be made through the hotel. To reserve a room, just click below and you will be directed to the hotel home page, just enter your arrival date to begin the registration process. The group code has automatically been entered.

Public Transit

For those flying in, the quickest and cheapest way to reach the hotel is via the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MARTA), which offers direct, door-to-door train service between the airport and hotel. Detailed instructions are at MARTA.

Hotel direction: 12.0 mi N

North on I-75/85 take Exit 248C (International Blvd). Turn left on International Blvd. then right on Peachtree Center Ave. Hotel is 2 blocks on the right.

South on I-75/85 take Exit 249A (Courtland St). Go to 3rd light. Turn right on International Blvd. Go 1 block to Peachtree Center Ave. Turn right. Hotel is 2 blocks on the right.
