A full, non-student, registration is required for each paper submitted for publication in the PowerTech proceedings. Authors must register until May 16 at the latest.
The following information is also relevant:
- A student registration will be sufficient if all authors of the paper are students, including doctoral students.
- Any one author, non-student or student, can not present more than three papers during the Conference, whether during sessions or as posters.
- If an author is the only representative of his or her organization at the Conference while still presenting one, two of three papers and if all authors of these papers are from the same organization, then only one full, non-student, registration will be required.
