Each paper must have at least one full registration to be accepted for presentation and included in the conference proceedings.
One full registration covers up to 2 papers.
If a paper has a full registration from one of the authors and a second author is a student and registers the student can register with the student fees. If there is only one registration for this paper, the registration must be a full registration independent of whether the presenter is student or not.
