Terms and Conditions
● All the accepted manuscripts must be accompanied by full registration in order to include in Conference Proceedings and must be presented at the conference (oral/poster) to include in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. If an author would like to submit more than one manuscripts, additional manuscript must be associated with “Second Paper Registration”.
● You must correctly mention the Submission ID of your paper in the conference registration system. Failure to do so may result in an unpublished paper.
● The final camera ready version of the paper is only accepted after receiving the full registration fee.
● Delegates who are participating to the conference without a manuscript must pay full registration.
● Student author who would like to register for an accepted paper must pay a full registration fee unless the paper has already been registered with a full registration by a co-author listed in the manuscript.
● You must allow sufficient time (normally 2-3 days) for the payment to be received to IEEE SPEC 2016 account in full.
● Transaction fees (if any) is all registrant’s responsibility. The whole registration fee, indicated above, must be received.
● The second paper registration must accompany a full registration.
● Student registrants must provide a valid current photographic identification upon arrival to the conference.
● You must notify whether you require a supporting letter for visa purposes during the payment process via conference registration system. Otherwise, please send a request to Dr. Samitha Ransara (shew023@aucklanduni.ac.nz) with a copy of the completed registration payment invoice. It is your responsibility to facilitate the immigration matters in timely manner. No additional supporting documentation is provided except the official invitation letter. Please contact Immigration New Zealand for additional information.
