If your paper is scheduled in the oral
session (including technical forum papers), please follow the following instructions to
prepare your presentation:
1. You will have 20 minutes to speak and 2 minutes
for questions and answers.
2. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation according to the
above time limits. It is recommended that you prepare no
more than 20 slides for your presentation.
3. Prepare a brief bio of the speaker in plain text
or MS Word file, no more than 75 words.
4. Zip the above two files (PPT and bio), and name it
using your session number (such as TS07A-2.zip, or
SS28-6.zip, etc.)
5. Login to easychair as AUTHOR, POINT your mouse to
"my submissions" then click on paper number. Now click
on the "Submit a new version" link, you can now upload
the zip file to easychair in the "attachment" field. You
can only upload ppt and zip into this field.
Note: you should login to easychair as author, not
proceedings author, hence not the "Proceedins" link. You
will not be able to upload anything if you login as
proceedings author. You can switch to "author" by
pointing your mouse to "VPPC'09" menu then click on
"Change role" link.
