会费
中国会员2011年全年的会费为$141.00,半年为$70.50; 中国学生会员全年会费为$27.00, 半年为$13.50（其中半年制会费只适用于新会员）。新会员如在2010年8月16日至2011年2月28日之间提交申请，系统将自动按照全年会费进行处理；如在2011年3月1日至2011年8月15日之间提交申请，系统将自动按照半年制会费处理。
同时，IEEE会员加入其下属的各个专业技术协会还需缴纳相应协会的会费，具体费用如下表所示：
