TENTH ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM ON Multimedia communications is critical in satisfying the service requirements of many practical applications. However it is a challenging task to provide these services, especially for the bandwidth starved wireless channels. Signal processing is playing an increasingly crucial role in providing efficient multimedia communications through wireless channels. This symposium will provide a forum for the researchers from academia and industry to exchange and discuss their latest ideas in these and related areas. Original papers/contributions based on theoretical/experimental/simulation research, design, development are solicited. Accepted papers will be presented in the symposium and published in the symposium proceedings. Broad areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
