Prof. Amlan Chakrabarti is the Head IT & Tech. Innovation Cell, Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal and Professor and Director, A.K. Choudhury School of IT, University of Calcutta.

Second day of Keynote Session of 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Applications (ICDSA 2022), Technically sponsored by IEEE CS Chapter Kolkata. First keynote lecture was delivered by Prof. Amlan Chakrabarti on Accelerating Deep Learning at Edge. Second keynote lecture was delivered by Dr. Sruti Das Choudhury, Research Assistant Professor, School of Natural Resources and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA, on Recent Advances of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence in Multimodal Plant Phenotyping Analysis. Third keynote lecture was delivered by Prof. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya, Principal, Rajnagar Mahavidyalaya, Birbhum, India on Machine Learning for Portfolio Management.

Technical Lecture jointly organized by IEEE CS Kolkata Chapter and Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Calcutta. Prof. Shikharesh Majumder, Carleton University, Canada, delivered a lecture on Data and Compute Intensive Applications: Getting Results in a Timely Manner.

In Tutorial II of International Conference on Data Electronics and Computing (ICDEC): Session-2: 11:45 am – 01.15 pm, Dr. Rakesh Matam, IIIT Guwahati, delivered a tutorial talk on Fog-Computing for Co-operative Internet of Things. This session was chaired by Dr. Ayatullah Faruk Mollah.

In Tutorial III of International Conference on Data Electronics and Computing (ICDEC): Session-3: 2:15 pm – 3.45 pm, Dr P. Rangababu, NIT, Meghalaya, delivered a tutorial talk on Design of Hardware Accelerator on PGA. This session was chaired by Dr. Sourav Roy.

All India IEEE Computer Society Student & Young Professional Congress (AICSSYC '22) organized by IEEE Jadavpur University Student Branch, Kolkata Section, in association with IEEE CS chapter, Kolkata Section, IEEE Young Professionals, Kolkata Section, IEEE Kolkata Section, and IEEE Student Professional Activities (SPAx) Committee held on December 17-19, 2022 at Sun City Resort, Mandarmani, West Bengal, India.

Technical Lecture will be jointly organized by IEEE CS Kolkata Chapter and Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jadavpur University. Dr. Mohamed Rawidean Mohd Kassim, R&D Manager, Technology Deployment Department, Malaysian Institute of Microelectronic Systems, Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation Malaysia. He is also the Coordinator of R10 IEEE Computer Society Chapter. Dr. Kassim delivered a lecture on Wireless Sensor Network in Precision Agriculture Application.

Dr. Debmalya Panigrahi is a Professor of Computer Science at Duke University. He delivered a talk on At the Cutting Edge of Cut Algorithms: My 15 Years of Studying Graph Cuts.

Dr. Prabhat Mishra is a Professor, Department of Computer and Information Science and Engineering, University of Florida. He delivered a talk on Noise-Resilient Quantum Computing.
