Final Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and Proceedings -

General Information for Camera Ready Document Submission

(a) Final Manuscripts complying IEEE Conference Proceedings in PDF format checked by IEEE PDF Xpress.. The final manuscript must be submitted through easychair.

(b_1) PDF document specified in (a), highlighting (mark) the changes incorporated according to the review comments. Use separate colours to indicate compliance against each reviewer. The (marked) PDF document of your paper is to be sent at tpc.tensymp2019@gmail.com

(b_2) The response to the reviewers’ comments of your paper is to be sent as a separate PDF file at tpc.tensymp2019@gmail.com

For b_1 and b_2 , please mention 'paper id' as the subject of the email.

3. Please check your draft manuscripts for any spelling or grammatical error, the references should be as per the IEEE formatting for conference publication. The revised manuscripts should perfectly match the IEEE formatting style, otherwise, it will not be considered.

Please note there are limited number of checking allowed with a single manuscript title, so, before checking the manuscripts through PDF eXpress, please ensure that your manuscript is final in every respect.

6. The authors are allowed to include latest test results and findings, changes, references to enrich the technical quality of the manuscript. However, major changes, including change title of manuscript is not allowed. Inclusion and deletion of author(s) at this level is now allowable.

Paper Submission Guidelines and Proceedings -

• Paper length must be maximum 6 (six) pages of A4 size paper including figures and references, however, maximum of two additional pages can be purchased in the cost of 5000 INR (Indian authors) and USD 175 (Others).
• Its content must be original and unpublished.
• Manuscript must be prepared to conform IEEE Conference format, e.g. font type, size, column, etc.
• Accepted paper/s must be registered and presented at the conference
• If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.
• Papers (pdf ) are to be submitted via Easy Chair Conference System.
• Select only one topic at the time of topic selection.
• Only one author (co-author) can attend the conference against a single registration.
• If a paper has all 'student' authors, then only student registration rate applies.
• Otherwise, the paper will be treated as a 'normal' paper.
• For 'normal' papers, at least one full registration has to be done.
• This registration can be availed by only one student author who may present the author.
• For each additional registration by another student co-author, the student registration rate is applicable.
• The change in author list such (addition, removal or rearrangement) will be allowed, after the manuscript has been accepted.
