There is no registration fee. Participation is only by invitation.
Contributor of an accepted paper
Attendees are invited from relevant humanitarian activities and technical disciplines. Included are those who are interested in the focus of the conference, including representatives of humanitarian organizations, industry, academic institutions, government, non-government organizations, professional societies and associations, foundations, and humanitarian funding organizations.
Guest
The organizing committee may invite some dignitaries to attend this conference.
